I guess in Europe-meta there would be little sense to play a anti-MUD/Oath Drain-based deck if the field is full of mirror matches and dredge.

Anyway, MUD is more popular in the US anyways.
Therefore, a blue deck that can overpower other blue decks (which is exactly what TurboTezz does) is a logical solution to such a field.

Let's see if we can tune up the JaceVault decks to beat TurboTezz, hehe.

@Ryan Payabyab - But Turbo Tezz utilizes 4 Tez, the Seeker. Dennis first Funky Tez list doesn't run any Tez, TS.
