format : UNSANCTIONED VINTAGE TOURNAMENT
--notes: this tournament is to try out your Vintage deck....
--proxy is a NO NO. the concept of the tournament is to try out your vintage deck that you can construct out of your card pool.
entrance : P 150.00
registration : 12noon
--DECKLIST WILL BE NEEDED UPON REGISTRATION , so do your homework by listing all the cards in your deck in a sheet of letter size bond paper. or download the form here.

additional: the 1st top 8 player who don't have a single powered/forbidden land card in their deck will get additional bonus prizes even if your not on the top 8 list (so this will be based on the standings generated by the tournament reporter after the swiss rounds are over.)

i hope the LEGACY players will try out their deck in this format, i'm expecting a day of fun, vintage action (ahhh.. i miss those days back when mike ongkeco organizes vintage tournament at his shop in tondo) .. so don't be points conscious, its your time to shift to VINTAGE, time to testplay your deck on vintage, the original Eternal Format......

With the new details stated above I just want to clarify some of its details for the benefit of anyone who would read this post.

1. Game Entrance is now fixed @ 150 per head regardless if you have power or not?

2. Eventhough you didnt reach top 8, but you belong to the top 8 players who have no power cards or lands, you will still receive a prize?

3. If you reach the top 8 spot and has no power card/s, you will receive 2 prizes since you both belong to the top 8 spot of the whole event and top 8 spot of the unpowered players?

Hope this helps other players to understand better your new mechanics.

@legacy-only players: its your time to shine. your points will not be affected, so give it a shot. test run your deck. all you need is to shed out 150 pesos. the trade off will be experience, knowing the vintage meta, and fun loving vintage action.
don't think of the prizes as not worth it. the experience, the action, the insane plays is all worth it.

@vintage players: just be good to the legacy-only players ok?

Minsan gusto ko itapon yung Emerald and Pearl ko since may Null Rod na ako in play tapos nabubunot ko sila madalas.
