Starting today, we will now disable the approval of new accounts by admins.

Reason: A lot of us are now busy these days (even me), and we are really lagging behind sending registration confirmations. (Sorry for all of the delays).

If anyone would be trolling and it does go out of hand like the last troll, we would just put the function back.

So if we DO put it back, don't blame us. Blame the other people who needs to get a life.

PS. Actually, the last troll wasn't really a troll, it was a low life who had really low EQ levels and wanted some attention. He actually had lots of time to hack two accounts in a forum just to post and get some attention. Talk about getting a life.
