had a blast playing vintage!

played dark times, made top 8 on my first try... hehe (kahit na may proxy deck ko)

short tourny report:

round 1: against gio's fish (1-0)
g1: winning via aggro
g2: lost via aggro
g3: gio was land screwed....

round 2: against junie's snapcaster control (1-1)
g1: lost via tinker - bsc
g2: lost via timevault - key

round 3: against dredge(sorry i forgot your name ...) (2-1)
g1: opening hand leyline.
g2: mull to 6 just to get leyline in hand, then was nature's claim,... was able to wasteland his bazaar, then sad sac the other 3 bazaar, and dropped jailer to secure a win.

round 4: shaun's fish (3-1)
g1: won via marit large
g2: won via aggro

round 5: aries's fish naman (ID na daw kasi pasok na sa top 8! yey! ) (3-1-1)

quarter finals
against turbo tezz

g1: turn 1: black lotus - thoughtsize - vamp hexmage - dark depths - marit large (i feel the brokenness here in this play)
g2: lost to tinker - bsc
g3: turn 1 thoughtsize seeing no counter in hand, made my move on turn 2, laying down null rod, but got force.. he then hard cast bsc, i vamp tutor for edict, he then used his top to peel off tinker XD (which sucked btw) on his turn, tinkered -bsc for the hand shake..

o well.... kasama nako sa i hate tinker-bsc fans club ni eph! hahaha

Played my GW deck (with a pimped up proxy surgical extraction) to a 3-2 finish and placed 9th. Not too bad.

congrats to marco and jay for placing 1st and 2nd, and to the rest of the top8, scrubbed pretty bad on this one, multiple mulligan to 5 and 4 every round pretty much hurt my game. thanks to the legacy players who supported this one, going broken once in a while is good.
